We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing connected, accessible, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility
  • Provide access and referrals to community services
  • Engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current certificate of registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Related professional experience in a Physiotherapy role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
