Job Title: Physiotherapist, Part Time

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Physiotherapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and determining patient care needs, providing access and referrals to community services, and engaging with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide connected, accessible, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and determine patient care needs and eligibility
  • Provide access and referrals to community services
  • Engage with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare practitioners
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide connected, accessible, patient-centered care
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and current certificate of registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Related professional experience, typically acquired over a period of two years in a Physiotherapy role
  • Related experience in a similar community-based setting is an asset
  • Current CPR-C certificate
