We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Glia, a leading provider of digital customer service solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative conversational AI solutions that enable businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and efficient conversational AI models that integrate with our digital customer service platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements and technical specifications
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our engineering processes and tools
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in conversational AI and customer service, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on conversational AI and customer service
  • Proven track record of designing and developing scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and containerization (e.g. Docker)
