We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Waheguru Kirpa Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising a team of 16-20 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in inventory control software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel: Must have own transportation.

The primary language of work is English, and the work environment is a 40-hour per week schedule.
