Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Conrad Kain's Kitchen + Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and stored, and assisting with food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and sanitized, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
- Portion and wrap foods, and prepare simple food items.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
