Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W 6235. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

A&W 6235 is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a restaurant setting, standing for extended periods, and walking frequently.
