Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

A&W 6235 is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. You will be standing for extended periods and walking frequently.
