About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Statistical Programming Manager to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our Biometrics department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Statistical Programming team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the Statistical Programming team, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple clinical trials and programs, ensuring that all deliverables are met and that projects are completed within budget and timeline.
  • Statistical Programming: Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and processes, ensuring that all programming is accurate and efficient.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computing Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree an asset.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of clinical research experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry, including 5 years of Statistical Programming.
  • Skills: Excellent working knowledge of SAS; SAS certification an asset. Knowledge of XML programming an asset. Excellent working knowledge of CDISC standards and guidelines; CDISC certification an asset.
