CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care of guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning washrooms, and vacuuming.
  • Act as a leader within the hospitality team, taking initiative and supporting staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support the culinary program by serving, clearing, and cleaning.
  • Execute the cleaning of all common areas of the lodge and look after guest laundry.
  • Provide a professional, highly organized, and detailed hospitality experience.
  • Support the ski program by assisting with radio duty and rescue response.
  • Follow OH&S, food safe, and WHMIS best-practices.
  • Support guests in the field program, as needed.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field, preferred.
  • Food Safe Certificate.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Experience working in a remote lodge, an asset.
What We Offer
  • A competitive daily rate, ranging from $235-$243, based on skillset and experience.
  • 4% vacation pay.
  • Potential opportunities to heli-ski, as available.
  • Medical and dental benefit eligibility after 160 days worked.
  • Food and accommodation provided while on work shifts.
