At Central Ontario FS, a division of GROWMARK, Inc., we are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is a blend of administrative and hands-on operational duties, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, resources, and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of branch operations and services. This includes communicating with customers, arranging work schedules, and completing record-keeping duties.

Key duties include:

  • Providing customer support and advice on product use and application.
  • Coordinating application and delivery equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Completing records of sales, delivery information, and application records in a timely manner.
  • Assisting the operations manager in ensuring full utilization and maintenance of equipment.

Requirements include:

  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • Valid class G or DZ driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Working knowledge of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and custom application equipment.
