Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promoting a respectful team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve operational excellence and high standards of service
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Owner to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong operational experience and knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching team members
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
