As a Reach Operator, your daily tasks will include:

  • Operating warehouse equipment, specifically Reach Trucks and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • Performing various warehouse duties such as picking, receiving, loading, and replenishing stock, with a focus on a 70% forklift and 30% manual picking ratio.
  • Adhering to safety protocols by reporting any damaged machinery or equipment.
  • Engaging in manual order picking and lifting items weighing between 20 to 50 pounds.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A reliable and dedicated work ethic.
  • A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • The ability to successfully pass a background check.
