Appoint Staffing is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your role is essential in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

* Operate forklifts or other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport products or materials.
* Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
* Stack and organize products in the warehouse according to company standards.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to supervisors.
* Adhere to all safety and operational procedures while handling materials.
* Assist with inventory control by tracking material movements.
* Perform physical counts and help reconcile inventory discrepancies as needed.
* Support other warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, when necessary.

Requirements:

* Experience with Raymond reach trucks.
* Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment is an asset.
* Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Basic math and computer skills.
