The Assistant Manager I is a key member of the leadership team at Sunglass Hut, driving the company's success through effective store operations and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales plans and develop associates to achieve company objectives.
  • Utilize reporting tools and business acumen to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and create a motivating work environment.
  • Acquire talent through networking and recruiting skills, and conduct interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and maintain store merchandising standards.
  • Ensure execution of operational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate brand strategy to the team, including promotions, contests, and incentives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in every aspect of store operation.
  • Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills.
