Your Role:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will deliver exceptional and knowledgeable service to all customers in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance, and Cash areas.
  • Client Engagement: Welcome every customer with enthusiasm. Provide courteous and informed service to meet their needs. Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products. Share your product expertise with clients as necessary. Offer makeovers when required.
  • Training & Development: Ensure comprehensive brand training is effectively completed for designated team members. Actively seek additional product knowledge as necessary. Assist in cross-training fellow Beauty Advisors.
  • Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management. Communicate any inventory concerns to management. Adhere to sampling policies and procedures. Stay informed about special events and promotions within the store. Engage in initiatives to minimize loss. Designated advisors should be knowledgeable about cashier responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or the service industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
