Position Overview

As a Kitchen Operations Aide at Our Place Restaurant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen environment. Your contributions will ensure that our culinary team can focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dish Management: Transport clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and set tables appropriately.
  • Sanitation Duties: Clean and sanitize kitchen items including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a tidy dining space.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to effectively wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Storage Management: Organize and place dishes in designated storage areas.
  • Supply Replenishment: Restock condiments and other necessary supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Work Environment
