Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate is essential
  • Experience with amputees and sports therapy
  • Familiarity with orthopedics and manipulative therapy
  • Work settings may include medical clinics, hospitals, private practices, and rehabilitation centers
  • Public or community health centers may also be involved
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations
  • Design personalized physiotherapy programs
  • Select suitable exercises and therapeutic techniques
  • Maintain detailed clinical and progress documentation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Instruct and supervise patients in exercises
  • Administer assessments and diagnostic procedures
Certifications and Licenses
  • Must pass the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
Safety and Security
  • Must be eligible for professional liability insurance
