Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at PhysioNorth. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Experience: Previous experience is an asset
Work Environment
  • Willingness to relocate is essential
  • Experience with amputees and sports therapy
  • Knowledge in orthopedics and manipulative therapy
  • Work settings may include medical clinics, hospitals, private practices, and rehabilitation centers
  • Public or community health centers may also be part of the work scope
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations
  • Design and implement physiotherapy programs
  • Select suitable exercises and treatment modalities
  • Document clinical progress and maintain records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Instruct and supervise patients in their exercise regimens
  • Administer assessments and evaluations
Certifications and Licenses
  • Must pass the Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination
Safety and Security
  • Must be eligible for professional liability insurance
Physical and Work Conditions
  • Attention to detail is crucial
