Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

AB. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to meet sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
