Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

AB. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to meet sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, providing mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Support for Youth: Participate in programs that support youth employment, offering on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develop relationships with indigenous communities and provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment.
