Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and other surfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Stock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe space for staff and clients
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Criminal record check required
  • Travel expenses paid by employer
  • Public transportation available
  • Punctuality and dependability essential
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and initiative required
  • Judgement and organized approach necessary
  • Reliability and values and ethics essential
