OverviewAs a Client Relationship Manager in the Entertainment Division, you will engage directly with our entertainment clientele, Client Solution Associates, Director, and our global network to provide the exceptional customer service Gallagher is renowned for. This involves managing an established portfolio of clients – marketing policies, addressing daily policy adjustments, liaising with insurers and clients, and steering the renewal process.

How you'll make an impact- Overseeing a designated portfolio of Entertainment clients, focusing on business retention and continually enhancing customer relationships
- Evaluating accounts at renewal, taking essential steps to secure the coverage required by the client, re-marketing when necessary, and adhering to the binding authority established by carriers
- Promptly addressing client inquiries, ensuring a swift turnaround for any actions needed on behalf of the client
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, fostering the generation of quality leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to secure the client
- Continuously enhancing insurance market knowledge, staying informed about new products and policy changes
- Partnering with Client Solutions Associates to ensure accurate management of all necessary documentation and providing mentorship to enhance their expertise.
- You possess over 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance Brokering
- You have a background in the insurance and entertainment sectors (considered a significant asset)
- You are knowledgeable in Property & Liability
- Your solution-oriented mindset has consistently enabled you to provide clients with the most innovative and resourceful solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to quickly forge strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues. People enjoy working with you, and you with them.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment brings out your best. Your ability to prioritize enables you to consistently exceed client expectations. Experience in leading change and building strategic relationships is a valuable asset.
- A keen eye for detail is second nature to you and is a crucial aspect of your success in previous roles.
- You are highly tech-savvy, with a capacity to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills are part of your skill set.
- You are well-organized and possess excellent time management abilities.
- Relevant certifications/designations such as CAIB, CIP, CRM are highly regarded.
- Active and in good standing RIBO.
