Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
- Maximize revenue through effective up-selling and ensuring the best options for guests.
- Manage room reservation requests, input rooming lists, and maintain accurate information in the system.
- Oversee the reservation process to guarantee precision and efficiency.
- Lead a team of reservation agents, offering guidance and support for seamless operations.
- Facilitate training for new reservation agents and provide ongoing development for the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A guest-centric approach is essential; prior experience is advantageous.
- Experience with Opera Cloud or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage reservations, schedules, and inventory.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, guests, and other departments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
