Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Guest Plumbing and Heating. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors' activities, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, as well as hire and supervise activities of subcontractors.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs, develop risk management plans, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
  • Communication: Prepare reports, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
