Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with patients to ensure protocol compliance for specimen collection and processing.
- Perform various medical tests, including phlebotomies and ECG tracings, to support diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle inquiries effectively to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Ensure accurate data entry for test results processing and maintain high data integrity standards.
- Prepare specimens for transportation and testing to support efficient laboratory operations.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Medical Laboratory Assistant program or relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Desirable experience in phlebotomy and ECG, with strong data entry and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve laboratory goals.
- Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality, with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
