As a Paint Specialist with Dent Wizard International, you will enjoy limitless earning potential while managing your own schedule as you deliver exceptional paint services that impress. We are currently seeking a Paint Specialist.

In this role, you will utilize specialized surface preparation techniques, cutting-edge spray equipment, and established painting methods to inspect, prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces. Your work may take you to various locations, including automotive dealerships, rental services, and auto auctions, where you will handle tasks ranging from minor touch-ups to extensive paint repairs.

Qualifications for Success

  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive painting
  • Strong vision capabilities, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Effective communication skills for customer interaction and account development
  • Manual dexterity for tasks requiring repetitive motion
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Resilience to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
