We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Specialist to join our team at Dent Wizard. As a PaintTech, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality paint jobs that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare vehicle surfaces for painting
- Utilize specific surface preparation, spray equipment, and painting techniques to achieve flawless finishes
- Work independently to manage your day and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in auto painting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, and squat, as well as lift up to 45 pounds
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
