Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of front office operations, supervising staff, and performing daily duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk position.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience in hotel management systems and software.

Working Conditions

This position requires long periods of standing, lifting, and bending. You may be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
