Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at IBI Group. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
