Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling a broad range of customer transactions, and promoting products and services to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle a broad range of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, promoting products and services as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
