Hygiene Technician Role

Citron Hygiene is a service business specializing in hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection services for commercial establishments and property managers. We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Technician to join our Service Team. As a Hygiene Technician, you will play a critical role in servicing our customers' washrooms. If you enjoy working independently, as part of a team, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, then this role may be for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver hygiene and washroom products to customers
  • Maintain and service equipment, including replacing batteries, refilling soap and sanitizer dispensers, and replacing air care cartridges and liners of bins
  • Maintain feminine hygiene receptacles, replacing bin liners, sanitizing, and disposing of waste
  • Manage inventory levels for certain customers purchasing consumable products
  • Ensure all equipment at customer sites are functioning properly
  • Track and analyze work routes with the manager at the end of each day
  • Meet the specific needs of customers in the field and document special requests
  • Input all work activities in a smartphone device provided by the company
  • Act as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiene brand
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license (G license) and clean driver's abstract
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Good customer service
  • Good attendance and punctuality
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Flexibility with working days, including Saturday
