Construction Crew Member Opportunity

POST Structures is a reputable family-owned business with 50 years of experience in delivering high-quality construction services. We are seeking a skilled Construction Crew Member to join our team and contribute to our mission of crafting exceptional structures that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various construction-related tasks, including physical labor and equipment operation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are understood and met.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of the POST Shop in Alma, ON.
  • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
