Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Supervisory Officers responsible for the leadership and management of families of schools and system-level instructional portfolios.
- Collaborate with the corporate and instructional areas of the board to achieve the system strategic plan.
- Develop and implement effective instructional programs and services that meet the needs of our students and schools.
- Provide guidance and support to schools and staff to ensure high-quality instructional practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including parishes, trustees, and education partners.
- Qualifications as a Supervisory Officer in the Province of Ontario.
- Religious Education Specialist Certificate.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in Catholic education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on student achievement and wellbeing.
