Travel Reservations Coordinator

The Travel Reservations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our booking processes at Khalsa Travels and Tours Inc. This permanent position requires a commitment of 30 to 35 hours per week and is conducted in English.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
The role is primarily based in a general office setting, which demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and manage work schedules and procedures.
- Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to boost productivity and quality.
- Oversee, delegate, and review tasks assigned to team members.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service delivery.
- Manage requisitions for materials and supplies to support operational needs.
This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
