Position Overview
Join Canadian Blood Services as a Brand Specialist within our Integrated Marketing team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand identity.

Work Environment
This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring the successful candidate to be situated near a Canadian Blood Services facility. Employees are expected to work on-site for a minimum of 40% of their time, with the remainder being flexible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for an employee brand ambassador program that motivates and equips staff across various departments.
  • Create engaging content and presentations to empower brand ambassadors with the necessary tools to effectively represent our brand.
  • Support the formulation and execution of brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and foster donor loyalty.
  • Serve as a brand subject matter expert, providing guidance on brand application to internal teams and external partners.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization to sustain and promote our brand values.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of branded materials, ensuring consistency and quality in all corporate communications.
  • Adapt to various tasks as required to support the marketing team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in handling large-scale initiatives.
  • In-depth understanding of brand management principles and employee engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective professional relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.

Expectations
