Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure the efficient allocation of resources.

HR Policy Development and Implementation

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive human resources policies and programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Employee Performance Management

Coordinate and oversee employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.

Employee Data Analysis

Analyze and interpret employee data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

Senior Management Support

Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management to ensure effective decision-making and business outcomes.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff to meet the needs of our organization.

Collective Bargaining

Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of our organization to ensure fair and equitable working conditions.

Payroll Administration

Oversee the administration of payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Work Environment and Health and Safety

Evaluate and improve work environments, programs, and procedures to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective business outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a human resources role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

32 hours per week.
