- Planning: Organize and strategize daily activities to optimize service delivery.
- Policy Development: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures for staff management.
- Financial Management: Plan and oversee budget allocations and inventory control.
- Marketing Management: Manage contracts related to advertising and promotional strategies.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise salon personnel.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Operational Evaluation: Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations for continuous improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
