Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Universal Ford Lincoln. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of automotive systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive service is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace components and systems within vehicles.
  • Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance services to ensure vehicle reliability.
  • Advise clients on services performed and potential future repairs.
  • Document all issues and repairs in detailed reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Certifications
