About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Business Analysis to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will be responsible for leading complex business analysis projects, developing business cases, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, including financial models, to support business decisions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on business process improvements and financial modeling.
  • Manage and supervise a team of business analysts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on financial modeling and business process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading complex business analysis projects and delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Post-graduate degree in a related field, such as finance or business administration.
