Senior Manager Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of business analysts, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Champion a client-focused culture, driving business analysis excellence and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business analysis innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a management-level position.
  • Post-secondary degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven business analysis leadership skills, with experience in large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
  • Agile mindset and experience operating in an Agile environment.
  • Strong technical background and experience with banking business applications.
