About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Milan Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Report on the performance of our drivers, including their safety records, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery rates.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles are in good working condition and minimizing downtime.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1 to Less than 7 Months of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Permanent employment status
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 30 to 40 Hours per Week of work
