Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Sanitize equipment and utensils, and follow proper food handling and preparation procedures.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer feedback and concerns.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language
- English language proficiency required.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
