- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 to 44 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, providing a welcoming work environment.
