Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned accurately and efficiently
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance
  • Collaborate with chefs to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment, or equivalent experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment
