Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of reception, administrative, and Health Unit Aide support duties, including data entry, preparing presentations, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including medical and surgical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material.
  • Assist with weighing and measuring babies, calibrating equipment, and vision screenings.
Requirements
  • A current Typing Test 40 wpm or greater completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution.
  • An Office Administration Certificate.
  • A current valid BC Driver's License.
  • Your Resume.
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
