Marketing Automation Specialist

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and other digital marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $81,012 to $108,017, plus a performance-based incentive.
  • A hybrid work environment, with the option to work from EDC's headquarters in Ottawa or from a community hub in Toronto or Montreal.
