### Job Overview

At CB&I, we're driving the energy transition with a team of over 30,000 experts across 54 countries. As a Subcontracts Specialist, you'll play a critical role in solving subcontracts problems and building knowledge of our company, processes, and customers.

### Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and solve subcontracts problems using standard procedures and technical experience
* Compile subcontractor bidding documents, evaluations, and other related information
* Perform commercial and administrative work within projects, following global procedures
* Maintain awareness of the HSE Plan and cooperate in its implementation
* Ensure contractual obligations are met by subcontractors
* Identify, evaluate, and agree to subcontract work scope changes and monitor risks
* Develop and update cost subcontract forecasts for input to Project Controls Manager
* Provide input to project weekly/monthly reports

### Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline
* 3-6 years of relevant experience
* Effective communication and presentation skills
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to negotiate and escalate issues to subcontract leadership
