Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at BAWA CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other materials
  • Assist in framing, wall construction, and roofing
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing project requirements.
