Position Overview

Premium Modern Homes Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Masonry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in masonry work
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and install bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units with precision.
  • Construct and apply veneer facing using bricks, stone, or similar materials.
  • Fabricate and assemble prefabricated masonry components.
  • Interpret sketches and blueprints to determine material requirements.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to cut and shape bricks and concrete blocks as needed.
  • Build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces using masonry units.
  • Construct masonry shells for industrial chimneys using radial bricks.
  • Install firebricks for lining industrial chimneys and smokestacks.
  • Line or reline furnaces, kilns, and boilers with appropriate refractory materials.
  • Restore and maintain existing masonry structures through cleaning and painting.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
