**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and implement service design solutions that are efficient, effective, and affordable.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage service design projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in service design research and outputs.
  • Experience working as a Service Designer on projects comparable in size and complexity to our digital transformation projects.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team to deliver digital services, including service prototyping.
  • Experience planning, observing, analyzing, and reporting on usability testing of production or prototype systems.
  • Experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change as part of service transformation and implementation.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience planning, conducting and analyzing findings from, creating representations of, and reporting on qualitative field research.
  • Experience planning, conducting and analyzing findings from, creating representations of, and reporting on co-design workshops with service users.
